Bringing my childrens book to life

Im writing a childrens book (an iBook) and using Vimo to animate some of the pages.
Its easy, fun and very cute. I plan to encourage kids (& parents) to use Vimo with my characters to create their own scenes and continue the story.
My suggestion is an option to shut off the cutesy animations in between steps. Also the icons for going back and forth through steps feel inconsistent with other commonly used apps. I feel a bit unsure if an icon will cancel, undo, save or move forward.
